Athena leverages its experience from both sides of the table- as both prior CFO of several VC & PE-back operating companies, and as prior VC & PE fund principal - to help your company be fully prepared to raise capital. Then Athena will work with you to source, structure, negotiate and close equity capital. Athena works synergistically with investment banks and other intermediaries, or can assist you, as your CFO, to go to market directly.

Debt Financing

Athena has experience, as operating company CFO, sourcing, structuring and negotiating debt transactions with family office, bank, and other institutional and individual sources. And Athena has experience from the other side of the table too, having closed mezzanine, convertible debt, and straight debt transactions as principal and investment officer of institutional investment funds. Athena leverages this combined experience to help your business be fully prepared to go to market and then work with you to source, structure, and negotiate debt capital.
